TableBridge (the "App") is provided by Monster Hub Pty Ltd, 6 Truman Court, Stretton QLD 4116, Australia ("we", "us"), for people who work at a restaurant. It prints a ticket at the host stand for every new, changed and cancelled reservation. This policy explains what the App collects, why, and how it is handled. The App is not for the restaurant's guests and not for children.
1. What the App collects
- Your login. The email address and password you sign in with, using a login your restaurant gives you. The password is checked by our server and never stored on the device; the device keeps only a sign-in token, in its secure storage.
- This device and its printers. The name you give the device, the App version, the operating system version and device model, and for each printer its name, paper width and Bluetooth address. We use these to send each ticket to the right printer and to show the restaurant which devices are set up.
- Diagnostics, only when you send them. When you tap "Send diagnostics", the App sends us its own state and recent events (for example, connection and printer errors) so we can help. Diagnostics never include guest details.
2. What the App does NOT collect
- No location, contacts, photos, files or messages.
- No advertising, no advertising IDs and no tracking.
3. Reservation details
To print tickets, the App receives reservation details from the restaurant's account — such as the guest's name, phone number, party size, table, notes and allergies. These belong to the restaurant. The App shows and prints them, and keeps the restaurant's most recent tickets (up to 30) on the device so staff can look back. The App sends them only to the restaurant's own printer, over Bluetooth. The restaurant decides how its guests' information is used; we process it on the restaurant's behalf.
4. How we use information
Only to run the service: signing you in, delivering and printing tickets, showing the restaurant its devices and printers, and fixing problems. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host and run our service for us (for example, cloud hosting), under contracts that require them to protect it, or when the law requires it.
6. Security
Information travels between the App and our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Sign-in tokens are kept in the device's secure storage.
7. Keeping and deleting information
Login and device details are kept while the restaurant uses the service. Removing a device from the restaurant's dashboard removes its printers and stops its printing; uninstalling the App removes everything it stored on the device. To have your login or data deleted, ask your restaurant or email ceo@monsterhub.io.
8. Permissions
- Bluetooth — to connect to the receipt printer paired with the device.
- Notifications — to show that printing is running in the background.
- Background service, wake lock and start on boot — so tickets keep printing with the screen off and after the device restarts.
- Battery optimization exemption — asked once, so the phone does not pause printing overnight.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell restaurants before they take effect.
